We aim to process your claim within 24 hours, however please allow up to 10 working days as your claim may be subject to additional quality checks
To make claiming even easier in the future, you can register an account using our My Delay Repay service.
The information from the claim you have just created will be used and all you need to do is create a password.
If you're a monthly or longer Season ticket holder claiming a refund due to the rail strikes, please select the Strike Action option when submitting your claim.
You'll just need to tell us the outward portion of your trip only (not return journey) to claim a full day of your ticket.
